If a lender would like to stop lending, they have no option to do it.
Lets say Pool A has an ongoing loan of 10 token A, and 0 liquidity in the pool.
Pool A does not want to initialize any more loans.
As soon as the Loan of 10 token A is paid back by the borrower it's possible to take it as a loan and maybe the pool owner is not able to withdraw it before it happens.
Possibility of lender cannot access their liquidity
Manual review
Add an option to pause the pool -> so no new loans can be taken from the available liquidity
