The ProxyFactory.sol implements a whitelist of stable coins to be used with the implementation, but there is no mechanism for adding new tokens, forcing a redeploy every time there needs to be a new token added.
Impact
New tokens cannot be whitelisted, a redeploy would be forced.
Recommendations
Add an onlyOwner function that can add and one that can remove tokens from the whitelist.
