Organizer should get some incentive for running a contest, and choosing winners. Also, deploying a proxy and calling distribute function takes a lot of gas but organizer has no incentive on chain.

Impact

The organizer will be less willing to organize contests and maintain impartiality. This could disrupt the evaluation and winners selecting process.
