Impact

In the GMXVault.sol, when the processDepositFailure is called by the keeper it slips the liquidity removal and removes the liquidity by doing this the keeper can't have a record of
the processDepositFailure on the blockchain when it is being called.

Use event function to emit information about the processDepositFailure would be called so the keeper can keep a record of the liquidity removed after that function is called
That should be part of the keeper role I guess.
