Vulnerability Details
User is able to know his rapper id using only getNextTokenId() function. But in case if few user will mint their rappers in one moment it will lead to misunderstanding which tokenId is owned him.

Misunderstanding for users and failed transactions in case providing wrong rapper id

Recommendations
Consider adding returnment of tokenId in the mintRapper() function.
