Currently, both broker and protocol fees are paid in full upon stream creation.
Upon the creation of a stream, both the broker fee and the protocol fee are immediately paid in their entirety. Consequently, if a stream is cancelled prematurely, the sender has already paid both fees in full.
The current implementation financially strains senders, impeding user satisfaction and fee management efficiency in the streaming system.
Manual Review
It is suggested to progressively allocate the broker and protocol fees throughout the duration of the stream. This can be achieved either by integrating them into the stream with identical parameters and release schedules or by establishing a separate linear stream commencing simultaneously with the stream being paid for.
