If any streamIds passed to the cancelMultiple function are not cancelable the whole function will revert.

Impact

If a steam sender tries to cancel multiple streams but one is not in a cancelable state or they will not be able to use cancelMultiple. This is a nuisance for those who would need to cancel multiple streams at once.

Recommendations

Use a try/catch block in cancelMultiple to allow the function to continue to cancel the streams that are cancelable and return the streamIds that were not canceled.
