About reseed L2, sponsors confirm in discord:
L2: EVM equivalent L2s;
anything hardcoded in that relies on assumptions specific to eth mainnet would also be valid, regardless of L2. things like block time, gas costs, fee based ordering of transactions, available opcodes, etc.
Uniswap v3 is already deployed on Arbitrum/Optimism/Base/Linea/Scroll/Zora/Polygon zkEVM/zkSync.
Although other EVM equivalent L2s like Blast and Mode don't have Uniswap v3 for now.
Impact
The protocol can't get an inter-block MEV manipulation resistance orcale.
