Description
Currently only the MoneyShelf's state is migrated to MoneyVault during the migration which leaves the weapons in the WeaponShelf unaccounted for and if a new module is chosen after the Emergency.
Impact
Any weapons left in the WeaponShelf or which were already withdrawn by GangMembers will be unaccounted for after EmergencyMigration
Proof of Concept
There is no state migration for the WeaponShelf during EmergencyMigration
Recommended Mitigation
A new Module WeaponVault should be considered to which the state of the WeaponShelf will be migrated to during the EmergencyMigration
