Week randomnes in ChoosingRam::increaseValuesOfParticipants and ChossingRam::selectRamIfNotSelected allows users to influence the outcome

Description: Hashing block.timestamp, block.prevrandao and msg.sener is not a secure way to generate randomness. An attacker could influence the outcome by manipulating the block.timestamp. Additionally users can front-run the transaction and know the outcome before it happens

Impact: Any user can influence the outcome

Proof of Concept:

  1. Validators can know ahead the block.timestamp and block.difficulty and use that to predict when/how to enter the raffle.

Recommended Mitigation: Consider using a criptographically secure random number generator (RNG) like Chainlink VRF or Oraclize. This will ensure that the winner is selected in a secure and fair way.
