Lack of minimun bridge fee check
Summary
The depositTokens() function is missing a minimun bridge fee check, resulting in the bridge request never been processed.
Vulnerability Details
If the bridge fee is insufficient, the sequencer has no incentive of including L1 handler transactions inside a block.
Impact
Users have to cancel the bridge request.
