Summary

Since the result of the 9th match is very crucial in checking for players eligibility to withdraw rewards or refund, players rewards/refund may be stuck if the 9th match result is not available.

According to the design of this Protocol, There's no mitigation against the event where the 9th match is canceled or postponed indefinitely and by implication there's no result for that match. this automatically translates to players reward/refund being stuck and nobody will be eligible to make withdrawals.
