Chainlink upkeeps are paid in Link and the account managing the upkeeps can fall below the required minimum balance to perform upkeeps.

Vulnerability Details

If the Chainlink account balance of Link fall below the minimum balance amount orders will be unable to be fulfilled and liquidations will not occur.

Impact

Protocol will cease functioning since many key functionalities rely on Chainlink Upkeeps.
