Reentrancy Issue in WithdrawalPool `withdraw()` function

Summary:

The withdraw() function transfers the token to the user after updating the state.

Impact:

Unauthorized withdrawals: An attacker may withdraw at will any amount he requires by reentering the function withdraw() function
before the state is updated.

In worst cases, an attacker could drain all the tokens from the contract belonging to users.

Even if an attacker can't steal funds, they can make the contract run into an unusable state, giving users a hard time interacting with the contract.
