Summary

In MembershipFactory, upgradeTier does not update minted amounts. This would results in miscalculation of maximum capacity for each tier. This miscalculations reduces clarity and also does not behave intended way. Also when tiers would have some extra benefits, current implementation would not have enough control over the distribution of tiers. If this is intended behaviour, then current implementation is messy, since a parameter similar to '_totalSupply' in the token contract can be used.

Mitigation

Update the minted token amounts.
