During the execution of ChannelFollowingUpdateRule::_getWeights, the variable scaledAbsGradient is being divided, while the whitepaper does not mention this.
int256 scaledAbsGradient = absGradient.div(locals.preExpScaling[locals.i].mul(TWO));
It seems like it could be a form of normalization, but I thought it was worth pointing out for review by someone with a better context.
