Summary
Fee is not taken from the user when they swap the tokens. In the UpdateWeightRunner.sol quantAMMSwapFeeTake is set so that when the user do swaps it will deduct the fees. As in the onSwap() function in the QuantAmmWeightedPool.sol swap fees is not taken.
