`onlyOwner` modifier is never used in `UpdateWeightRunner`
Summary
Though the UpdateWeightRunner contract inherits the Ownable2Step contract and even sets the contract owner during deploying the onlyOwner modifier is never used. This can give an incorrect impression that the Ownable2Step contract's functionality can be used for the contract owner changing.
