Summary

_lockState.totalLocked is not updated when user withdraws locked RAAC tokens after lock expiry.

Vulnerability Details

User calls withdraw() to withdraw locked RAAC tokens after lock expiry, user's lock data is deleted and checkpoint is updated.

veRAACToken::withdraw()

// Update checkpoints
_checkpointState.writeCheckpoint(msg.sender, 0);

However, _lockState.totalLocked is not updated, this brings incorrect accounting of total locked RAAC tokens.

The same issue exists in emergencyWithdraw().

Impact

_lockState.totalLocked is not updated correctly, this may block normal locking transactions.

POC

Add a helper function in veRAACToken.
