Missing function for claiming RAAC rewards in stabilityPool
Summary
Users are getting RAAC tokens, by participating in stablePool. Amount of these tokens can be calculated by calculateRaacRewards. But currently there is no function to claim these.
Vulnerability Details
There is a workaround, user has to withdraw some of his deposits, this way RAAC tokens would be transfered. But this is posible only for those, who know how it works, and requires several additional steps.
Impact
User is not able to claim the RAAC tokens reward without withdrawing part of his assets. What is more he might not be aware of such possibility, so the lack of claiming functionality may discourage users from participating.
