Summary
There is no check in the finalizeLiquidation function of the LendingPool if the user health factor is above the requiered liqudation threshold. Health factor could have improved if:
The user deposited more NFTs
He/she repayed the debt but forgot ot call closeLiquidation
The price of some of the deposited NFTs has raised
There was a partial repayment of the debt that was enough to improve the health factor above the threshold

Vulnerability Details
There are no sufficent checks to see if the user that is being liquidated is in an unhealthy sate. The user could have been in an unhealthy state when the liquidation was initiated but during the grace period the health factor could have improved.
The only way for an user to close liquidation is to repay the whole debt currently.
Impact
Users get liquidated even if any of the steps listed in the summary section has occured and the user is in a healthy state now.
