Summary

In RAACToken.sol whitelisted users are tax free. Meanwhile any other have to pay tax (beside from/to 0 address txs) - check custom _update() func in RAACToken.sol to get an idea.

Vulnerability Details

Meanwhile in constructor when you set all values there is no call to add FeeCollector to whiteList. This means if feeCollector not added to whitelist he now should to pay taxes itself and also lose funds while any transfer because of custom _update() function within contract.

Impact

Not adding feeCollector to white list will lead to lose of taxes
