Description and Impact

The bursary state variable is not modified within graduateAndUpgrade after the money are distributed to the principal and teachers

The amount of USDC within LevelOne has to be reflected within bursary state variable but after he upgrade it will be different .

If there are 100 USDC in the school's budget, after the upgrade where 5% goes to the principal and 35% to the teachers registered, there will be 60 USDC but the bursary will still account the 100 USDC that were before the execution of graduateAndUpgrade .

Recommended mitigation

Update the bursary state variable within LevelOne :: graduateAndUpgrade as expected .
