[M-01] `withdraw()` does not reset `amount_raised`, permanently locking any post-withdrawal contributions

Description

After withdraw() transfers lamports to the creator, fund.amount_raised retains its cumulative value. If new contributions arrive after a withdrawal, the stale counter causes the next withdraw() to attempt transferring more lamports than the fund holds, reverting with InsufficientFunds. The new contributions are permanently locked.

The withdrawal fails with an "InsufficientFunds" error because the contract tries to withdraw 12 SOL (the accumulated `amount_raised`), but only 2 SOL is available in the account. 8.
