The set_deadline function is intended to be callable only once per campaign,
enforced by the dealine_set flag. However the flag is never set to true
inside the function body, so the guard never triggers. A malicious creator can
call set_deadline unlimited times — indefinitely trapping contributor funds
or prematurely triggering refund/withdrawal eligibility.
The normal behavior is that a creator sets the deadline exactly once. The
dealine_set flag exists specifically to enforce this. After set_deadline
is called, dealine_set should flip to true and all future calls should
revert with DeadlineAlreadySet.
The function checks the flag correctly but never writes back to it:

invoke set_deadline as many times as they want after the initial call.

The bug is exploitable immediately after the first set_deadline call. Since
dealine_set never flips to true, the guard on line 2 of the function never
triggers and the creator can overwrite fund.deadline on every subsequent call
with no error.
The fix is a single line addition after fund.deadline is assigned. Flipping
dealine_set to true at this point ensures the guard on subsequent calls
fires correctly and the deadline becomes immutable after first set.
