Refund Doesn't Check Funding Goal Status

## Summary
The `refund()` function only checks whether the deadline has been reached, but does NOT check whether the funding goal was met. This means contributors can refund even after a successful campaign (where the goal was reached but the deadline has passed). This allows contributors to get their SOL back even after the creator successfully raised the intended amount, undermining the purpose of crowdfunding.
