set_deadline never sets dealine_set, so the set-once guard is dead and the deadline stays mutable

Description

set_deadline is meant to be callable once — the dealine_set flag exists precisely to enforce that. But the function checks the flag and never sets it:

fund_create initializes dealine_set = false and no instruction ever flips it, so the if fund.dealine_set guard is dead code — it can never fire. The creator can call set_deadline any number of times and overwrite deadline at will. There is also no validation that deadline is in the future.

Because the whole refund/withdraw flow keys off deadline, a mutable deadline is a live control the creator can abuse: push it far into the future to block contributors from ever refunding, or move it around to open/close the refund and withdrawal windows to their advantage. It also means the "deadline is set once and then fixed" assumption other reviewers (and the refund logic) rely on is false.

Risk

Impact: Medium. The creator can grief contributors' refunds and manipulate the campaign timeline arbitrarily; a core state invariant ("deadline set once") is not enforced.

Likelihood: High. A single missing line makes the guard permanently ineffective; exploitable on every campaign.
