Incorrectly set `s_earnTimer` in `buySnow()`

Summary

buySnow() assigns s_earnTimer = block.timestamp, which modifies the (global) earn cooldown when users buy Snow.

Root cause

buySnow() erroneously updates the earn timer instead of leaving earn timers to earnSnow and per-user state.
