The earnSnow function uses a global state variable s_earntTimer to track the cooldown period required before minting tokens. However, this timer is not mapped to individual users or addresses. Instead, it tracks the global state of the entire contract.

    Likelihood: High. Any user calling the function updates the timer globally.
    Impact: High. This creates a critical Denial of Service (DoS) for all subsequent users. Only one address in the entire world can call earnSnow once a week.

Proof of Concept

1. User A calls earnSnow() successfully.
2. s_earntTimer is updated to current block.timestamp.
3. User B calls earnSnow() immediately after.
4. The transaction reverts Globally on line 92 because block.timestamp < s_earntTimer + 1 weeks is true for everyone.
