The contract includes a dispute resolution mechanism with an optional arbiter. However, the current implementation does not have any mechanism to handle situations where the arbiter becomes unresponsive or malicious. Depending on the importance of the transactions, additional safeguards might be needed to ensure fair dispute resolution.
