Summary

The protocol intends to support all ERC20 tokens but does not support fee-on-transfer tokens.

Vulnerability Details

In TokenManager.sol, tillIn() function is used to receive funds. This function uses a utility function _transfer(), in it there are checks that make sure the balances change exactly for amount, however fee-on-transfer tokens transfers will fail these checks and revert.

Valid medium, there are disruptions to the ability to take market actions. The following functions will be disrupted without the possibiliy of reaching settlement, since the respective offers cannot be created/listed regardless of mode when transferring collateral token required to the CapitalPool contract or when refunding token from user to capital pool during relisting.
