Summary

Some tokens take a transfer fee (e.g. STA, PAXG), some do not currently charge a fee but may do so in the future (e.g. USDT, USDC).
The STA transfer fee was used to drain $500k from several balancer pools.

The protocol tries to be compatible any token that follows the ERC20 standard, but it is not compatible with fee on transfer tokens.

Vulnerability Details

In the TokenManager._transfer function, it checks that _amount is same as the difference between before and after balance from L255 and L259.

Valid medium, there are disruptions to the ability to take market actions. The following functions will be disrupted without the possibiliy of reaching settlement, since the respective offers cannot be created/listed regardless of mode when transferring collateral token required to the CapitalPool contract or when refunding token from user to capital pool during relisting.
