Fee on transfer ERC20 tokens are not supported

Summary

The contract claims to support all erc20 tokens, but fee on transfer erc20 tokens are not. They cant be used since all transactions involving such tokens will revert.

Vulnerability Details

In the _transfer() function in TokenManager.sol, there is a check to make sure that the balance has reduced/increased only by amount. This check will always fail for fee on transfer erc20 tokens.

Impact

Because of this check failing always, fee on transfer tokens can never be used on this protocol. This is against what is mentioned in the user docs.

The following functions will be disrupted without the possibiliy of reaching settlement, since the respective offers cannot be created/listed regardless of mode when transferring collateral token required to the CapitalPool contract or when refunding token from user to capital pool during relisting.
