Vulnerability Details

Slope changes are done like this:

if (oldSlope != 0) {
state.slopeChanges[unlockTime] -= oldSlope;
}
if (newSlope != 0) {
state.slopeChanges[unlockTime] += newSlope;
}

They are very important as they show how the voting power will change at a certain time in the future. However, they are never applied which means that the voting power will not actually change appropriately.
