This project is meant to allow approved investors to buy and sell ERC20 tokens representing real world assets. Rental payouts are distributed monthly to the ERC20 smart contract, and users' payout balances are calculated based on the number of tokens they have at the time of payout. Users are able to claim their payout in stablecoin to the wallet that holds the tokens. It also requires a stablecoin fee in order to transfer tokens to authorized investor accounts. Plan is to release multiple RWATokens which all connnect to the same allowlist and Remora Manager contract.
