SmartVaultV3::removeCollateralNative() is vulnerable to Denial of Service (DoS) if _to is a smart contract that reverts upon receiving ETH.
Vulnerability Details
SmartVaultV3::removeCollateralNative() sends ETH to an address specified by _to.
If _to is a contract with a receive function that reverts, collateral will not be able to be removed.
